Free Edition

The Free Edition is free forever. There's nothing to refund.

Premium & Power User Editions

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us within 30 days and we'll process a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email us: Send a request to ecommsolutions@gmail.com
2. Include: Your order number or email used for purchase
3. We process: Within 2-3 business days
4. You receive: Refund to original payment method within 5-10 business days

What We Need

To process your refund, we need:

• Your purchase email or order number
• Confirmation that you're requesting a refund (we won't ask why)

That's it. No long forms, no complicated process.

After the Refund

• Your license key will be deactivated
• The software will revert to Free Edition features
• Your local data files remain yours and are not affected

Exceptions

Refunds are available for Premium and Power User editions only. The Free Edition has no purchase to refund.

After 30 days, we generally cannot process refunds, but contact us if there are extenuating circumstances—we want you to be satisfied.
